Senior Marketing Growth Manager

Job Information

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Marketing Growth Manager to lead and scale performance marketing initiatives across eCommerce, IT services, and aggregator platforms. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Own and execute performance marketing strategy across eCommerce and IT services verticals
  • Drive online sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels
  • Handle and optimize aggregator platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.)
  • Improve conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys
  • Plan and execute campaigns, offers, and growth strategies
  • Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Work closely with design, content, and tech teams
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI
  • Implement retention marketing strategies (email, SMS, automation)
Skills & Abilities
Must-Have Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Strong experience in eCommerce and IT services marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital campaigns
  • Experience working with aggregator platforms like Zomato and Swiggy for campaign optimization and growth
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and digital funnels for IT services
  • Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM tools)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to scale revenue and campaigns
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in B2B lead generation for IT services
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
  • Understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience in handling international campaigns and markets
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
