We’re looking for an experienced Technical IT Lead to spearhead pre-sales, sales, and online bidding activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating sales strategies, closing deals, and collaborating with clients to deliver top-tier IT solutions.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Create and follow smart sales plans to grow the business.
  • Find and connect with potential clients in the IT industry.
  • Understand client needs and suggest the best IT solutions.
  • Handle online bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn to win new projects.
  • Write clear and professional proposals that show we understand the client’s needs.
  • Act as a pre-sales consultant – explain our services, answer client questions, and support the sales process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide great after-sales support.
  • Keep track of leads, opportunities, and deals in the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with our technical team to deliver customized IT solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and market changes.
  • Use tools like CRM software to manage sales activities and reporting.
  • Support the team in lead generation using platforms like LinkedIn and networking tools.
  • Help in preparing presentations, demos, and documents for client meetings.
Skills & Abilities
Must-Have Skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT sales or technical sales.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud services, etc.
  • Experience with online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Good at writing winning proposals and handling pre-sales conversations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • A solid understanding of B2B sales strategies.
