Senior QA Engineer

Avya Technology Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled and ambitious Senior QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Participate in the end-to-end quality assurance process, including functional, regression, and performance testing for software projects.
• Test Planning and Execution: Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts according to project requirements.
• Automation Support: Collaborate with the team to support and contribute to automation initiatives aimed at enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Team Support: Support the QA team by sharing knowledge, providing assistance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Required Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and test execution.
• Basic understanding of test automation tools and frameworks is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
