Job Overview:

• As a Technical Business Development Manager/IT Services, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering complex technical projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and be responsible for creating project proposals, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful project execution.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge in IT services and solutions is a MUST.
• Proven experience in technical business development or pre-sales, with a focus on IT services.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed and effective project proposals, including
• experience with bidding processes on upwork, Guru and other job portals.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in understanding and documenting technical requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant certifications (such as PMP) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Project Proposal Creation:
• Develop detailed project proposals, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget estimates.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to identify opportunities and craft compelling proposals.
• Ensure that proposals are tailored to client specifications and industry standards.
• Client Interaction:
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular engagement.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during the pre-sales phase, addressing inquiries and clarifying project details.
• Understand client business objectives and align proposals to meet those needs.
• Requirement Gathering:
• Gather and document project requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Prioritize requirements to ensure they align with client goals and technical capabilities.
• Facilitate discussions to clarify and refine project specifications.
• Bidding and Proposal Management:
• Participate in the bidding process by preparing and submitting bids in response to client requests.
• Monitor and manage the bid submission process, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Utilize your technical expertise to accurately scope projects and provide insights during proposal development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to inform proposal content and strategies.
